Termite Control

Termites cause more damage to Indian homes than any other pest, and almost all of it happens out of sight. By the time you notice hollow sounding wood or mud tubes on a wall, the colony has usually been feeding for months.
We treat termites by cutting off the colony's route into your structure. That means a chemical soil barrier around and beneath the building, plus direct injection into infested timber, door frames and skirting. The treated soil stays active for years, so the barrier keeps working long after the visit.
We handle both post construction treatment for existing buildings and pre construction treatment for sites still under work, across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Pre construction treatment is far cheaper and more thorough, because the piping and soil treatment go in before the slab is poured.
Termite Reticulation Service

Termite reticulation is a pre construction treatment: a network of chemical piping is laid into the sub-floor and foundation before the slab is poured, then charged with termiticide once the structure is up. Because the barrier sits inside the slab itself rather than being drilled in afterwards, coverage is continuous and the treatment lasts far longer than a post construction alternative. We install termite reticulation systems for residential towers, bungalows and commercial buildings under construction across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, working directly with the site contractor before the flooring stage.
Termite Drilling Treatment

Termite drilling treatment is how we clear termites from a building that is already standing. Injection points are drilled at set intervals along skirting, door frames, slabs and any timber showing activity, then filled with a chemical soil barrier that cuts the colony off from the structure. Drill points are sealed and finished after treatment, so there is no lasting damage to flooring or walls. This is the standard termite treatment for occupied flats, offices and older buildings across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai where reticulation was never installed at construction stage.
Understanding termite control
Knowing what to look for means catching an infestation early, before it spreads and before the treatment gets more involved.
Mud tubes on walls
Thin earthen tunnels running up skirting, pillars or the outside of a wall are the clearest sign of subterranean termites.
Hollow sounding wood
Tap a door frame or skirting board. A papery, hollow sound means the timber has been eaten from inside.
Blistered paint or flooring
Termite activity behind a surface lifts paint and warps laminate in patches.
Discarded wings
Small piles of shed wings near windows after rain mean a colony has swarmed nearby.

Our termite control process
Every job runs the same steps, with no shortcuts and no surprise charges between them.
Inspection
We trace the extent of activity and identify how the colony is reaching the structure.
Barrier Treatment
Injection points are drilled at set intervals and treated to form a continuous soil barrier.
Wood Treatment
Infested timber and frames are injected directly to kill the termites already inside.
Follow Up
A post treatment inspection confirms the colony is no longer active.
Why choose our termite control
Exactly what a standard visit covers, so there's nothing to guess at before we arrive.
- Full inspection of walls, door frames, skirting, wooden fixtures and the building perimeter
- Chemical soil barrier treatment through drilled and refilled injection points
- Direct injection into infested timber, frames and furniture where required
- Sealing and finishing of all drill points after treatment
- A documented treatment report with warranty details
Where we treat it
Frequently asked questions
1. How long does termite treatment last?
A correctly applied soil barrier stays effective for several years. We provide the treatment details and warranty terms in writing after the visit.
2. Will drilling damage my flooring?
Injection holes are small, placed along skirting or joints wherever possible, and sealed and finished after treatment.
3. What is pre construction termite treatment?
It is soil and reticulation treatment carried out before the slab is poured. It costs less than post construction work and gives far better long term protection, so it is worth arranging while the site is still open.
